Mobil pipeline leaks ‘a few thousand’ barrels of crude oil in Arkansas. A
March 29 Exxon Mobil pipeline leak, that spilled a few thousand barrels of
crude oil, caused the evacuation of 22 homes in Arkansas and has raised
concerns about the Keystone XL pipeline that is awaiting approval from the
State Department. By March 31 the company sent out 15 vacuum trucks and 33
storage tanks to clean up and temporarily store roughly 12,000 barrels of oil

tractor trailer overturned causing a chemical spill on Highway 27 in McCreary
County. McCreary County's school district cancelled classes for March 29 and
Highway 27 was closed between Highways 700 and 90 for more than 12 hours while

Hall Casino bomb threat causes evacuations. A bomb threat to Fort Hall
Casino prompted an evacuation of 600 people from 13 buildings, residences
within a quarter mile, and closed traffic in both direction on Interstate 15
for three hours before being deemed safe to reopen for business and traffic.

credit card fraud source 'found and contained.' Schnuck Markets Inc.
announced March 30 that it had found evidence of computer code that stole
customers' credit/debit card information to make fraudulent charges, and that
the issue was now contained and the malware shut down. The compromise affected

bank-fraud scheme: feds. A man was charged with allegedly being part of a
bank fraud ring that withdrew millions of dollars from ATMs in New York City
using fake debit cards in collusion with Russian and Romanian organized crime.

botnet generation tool being sold for $10,000 was observed by a researcher on
underground markets. However, the tool was considered buggy by users discussing
